Food 3.0: Functional ingredients and natural additives, the revolution of the food industry

A packed auditorium with more than 1,000 attendees received Anja Schwenzfeier, Kazuhiro Fujita and Javier Morán, leading specialists in food trends, industry regulation and innovation from the Netherlands, Japan and Spain, who presented to the world of academia, industry, guilds and Chilean entrepreneurship.

The three world’s leading experts in functional nutrition and natural ingredients met in our country for a Copec-UC Foundation initiative which brought them together in the International Food Seminar 3.0 held at UC extension center.
