Intellectual property

All the intellectual property of the Kala project belongs to Chalkotex, which has financed research services to UDT-UDEC, UDD and other characterization centers, with contracts that ensure the company's ownership. Currently, is working on a protection strategy with Copec-UC Foundation, planning to keep the methodology as a trade secret and to evaluate the licensing of plans, processes or gold from the Kala Module.
